This Minnesota original proves that not all great American whiskey comes from Bourbon County!  Fashioned exclusively from open-pollinating heritage corn developed at the U of M in the 1880’s, this signature spirit is the brainchild of Bob McManus and Lee Egbert and gets distilled in extremely small batches at the old Hamm’s Brewery on St. Paul’s East Side.
