Hometown boy-made-very-good, Bill Hooper, takes his Riesling seriously! Bill has had a genuine immersion experience. Both educated and trained at a German Agricultural school I Neustadt and apprenticed at Weingut Odinstal, a biodynamic producer in the Pfalz, his devotion to the grape is brilliantly on display in this thoroughly dry Willamette Valley wine.
