Hometown boy-made-very-good, Bill Hooper, takes his Riesling seriously! Bill has had a genuine immersion experience. Both educated and trained at a German Agricultural school I Neustadt and apprenticed at Weingut Odinstal, a biodynamic producer in the Pfalz, his devotion to the grape is brilliantly on display in this thoroughly dry Willamette Valley wine.

Meaning “from two” in Latin, this Oporto project combines the talents of two famed oenologists, Joäo Ramos and José Sousa Franco solely to the production of dry wines instead of fortifieds. What you get are terraced vineyards planted with port varietals showcasing the balance and sophistication of fine Bordeaux without the lofty price tag!
